Sexual Blackmail

Aссording to estimates of American psychologists a woman refuses to have sex with her husband 127 times a year. . 67 of these refusals are explained by „headache“, 27 - by „fatique“ and 32 attempts to make love are freezed by such phrazes as „next time“ or „I am already sleeping“.

Dutch statistics prove that. They carried out a survey. The women who participated in it were asked only one question „In what way do také revenge against your husband?“. It was revealed that 90 percent of women did that through refusing sex with their husbands and consider this way to achieve their goals the most effective.

Two conclusions

These figures made me to arrive to two conclusions.

Men always want sex. Statistics says, the French make love 152 times a year, Americans - 149 times and Russians - 132 times. Add here 127 refusals and it turns out that men want sex nearly every day!

Women benefit from this by using sex as a tool to achieve what they want. Again, it is quite easy to count: of course, women have hadaches and might be in a bad mood, but it is very hard to believe that a normal woman does not want sex 127 times a year! Either the interviewed women have an incurable disease, or they want to „train“ their husbands using sex as a prize bone.

Origins of Sex Blackmail

About 2400 yers ago Aristophanes wrote his comedy Lisistrata where he discribed how during the war between Athens and Sparta Greek women declared a „sex boycott“ to their husbands. By refusing to have sex with their husbands women demanded to stop the war. Thus the war was stopped.

Do you think this is too cruel? Nothing of the kind! War is war, here all means are good. First of all, thus Greek women saved their husbands' lives, secondly, they played fairly. This cannot be always said about modern women who refuse having sex with their husbands because of less noble reasons and who never declare directly the reasons for such refusals.

Women throw hints

She will never say -“I'm not going to have sex with you before you buy me this ring!“ or „No sex before you do something about your snoring !“ No! She will say something like: „Did you see Liza's diamond ring? Her husband bought it for her birthday!“ Or another situation: she goes to bed when he comes home and says she is too tired thus trying him make come home earlier.

On the one hand such behavior can be understood. Being dissatisfied with the partner does make him less sexually attractive. Misunderstanding does not lead to good sexual relationships.

On the other hand, doesn't it look too much like a bargain? And don't you think that true, sincere and trustful relationships have nothing to do with bargains?

How to fight „bed training“ ?

In fact this is a very difficult matter as it originates from the childhood. Imagine a baby, mother's and father's darling who for some reason was not given what she wanted. The baby did not cry, did not beg anythig, she simply put her face in the pouts and stopped paying attention to the parents.

After some time parents realize they cannot stand confrontation with the beloved daughter and give her what she wants. Now the girl understands that it is very easy to control people, as it is enough to deprive them of what they need! That' s it! When she becomes older the very nature and glamorous female magazines will let her know what men want and how she can use their vital needs for achieving her own goals.

Of course, it is quite normal that sometimes a woman refuses to have sex with her husband. However , if sexual blackmail has become habitual to her and that she agrees to have sex only in exchange for something, than no doubt something should be done about this matter. Offer her applying to a psychologist or even to a doctor. May be she does not enjoy sex at all and uses it only as a way to influence her husband.....
