Return policy

VIRTUALOVE.NET is taking much effort to provide you only with high-quality products, so that every buyer would be satisfied with his purchase. We understand that there can be cases when you may not be completely pleased and even want to return the product. If for some reasons you have decided to return those purchased products, please, pay attention to the return policy conditions. They are as follows:

Return policy

• If you decide to return any of purchased products, you should notify us beforehand by calling or sending us an e-mail.
  
• Orders on return are received within 10 days.
  
• Return all products in its original packing with all accessories
  
• All purchased items are returned only if they have manufactured flaws
  
• All merchandises should be returned to us within 30 days from the date of your order.
  
• We cannot return packages if they have been sealed off, unclean, worn or damaged.
  
• Intimate garments are not refundable, returned or exchanged. You should understand that underwear, stockings and other intimate clothing may have been in contact with body fluids, which for hygiene purposes make them non-returnable
  
• DVDs cannot be replaced if opened unless they have defects
  
• We will replace your return for a new item in case it is available. If not we'll replace it with an item of the same value that will correspond to the purchased product. In case you will choose the item of the higher value, additional charges will be necessary.
  
• We do not accept items if any signs of use were revealed.

Refund policy

• Call us to include RMA (Request Merchandise Authorization) number for returning your item. Please state the reason of your return in brief, and type of return you'd like to receive: exchange, refund or credit.
• We do not refund shipment and handling costs.
• You will receive the refund in the same form you have purchased the product, which means that if you purchased the product by credit card, the refund will be paid by credit card as well.
