In Pennsylvania a driving teacher will appear before the court being charged with sexual abuse of a student. According to 17 year old girl who underwent driving training by James Frank in March 2006, the teacher made attempts to force her into oral sex during the lesson.

First time after assumed sexual abuse the girl concealed the name of the criminal. She said she was attacked by an unknown man. After a few days she let her brother know that the reason for her depression and bad appetite was the instructor who tried to force her into oral sex.

During preliminary hearing the girl, whose name is not made public said that the first lesson did not involve any incidents. However, on the second lesson Frank fastened the girl's safety belt with his hands and touched her hip while driving.

On the third lesson the teacher asked the girl to stop the car, then got off and asked the girl to get off the car too.

Then the teacher took off his trousers and said that she will get driving license only if she “gives him oral pleasure”. After the assault the teacher took the victim of violence to license bureau.

Friends and relatives of 52 year old Frank say they are ready to defend him. The attorney of Frank said that all the accusations brought against the defendant are lies of a mentally ill girl who took psychiatric treatment.

James Frank was temporarily suspended from teaching.

It is worth noting that soon after this case was started four similar accusations have been brought against James Frank. However in those cases the court did not find the evidences of guilt of the teacher enough to start a new process. Jury for this case will be selected on Monday.
