1. Take off socks and shoes

Believe it or not, porn is not a good sex guide. Girls who enjoy sex with brutal guys that do not find it necessary to take off shoes are actresses. They get money for this torture. Your girlfriend is unlikely to appreciate such behavior. Even if you are very fast and need only 5 seconds between the thought of sex and making love, do take off the socks. Female nose is very sensitive! Let her enjoy other, more pleasant odors!

2. Do not answer the phone

Do not answer the phone if it rings while you are making love. Does it seem to you to be something evident and something that should not be even mentioned?

In fact 15 percent of men at least once in their life stopped sex to pick up the receiver. Disconnect it before you began foreplay. Are you afraid to miss something very important? Turn on the answering machine. You do not need anyone else in your bed. Well, may be you need anyone, but I bet this is not the one who wishes to discuss business matters with you right now.

3. Do not chat

Of course, women love nice male voices, but bed is not the best place for displaying your IQ. No philosophic discussions, no long sentences, no other stuff that has nothing to do with sex. Speak only about your feelings and sensations and how nice she is.

4. Look only at her

You should not see anything but her while making love, even your favorite sport programs. To avoid temptation turn off the TV or even remove it from your bedroom. Italian scientists have found out that couples who do not have TV in the bed room have sex twice more often than those who have it.

Nothing else should distract your attention. Look only at her – this means you forgot everything else. Concentrate on softness of her skin, scent of her hair and passion of her voice.

5. Do not slobber

Of course, you can use saliva as a lubricant if you have some troubles and this is admissible (however, I advice you to use a special sex lubricant), but never make her wet with your saliva! This is very unpleasant and this is likely to make her hate any physical contact with you.
